Effective communications don’t just happen—they require a well-thought-out plan. We work with clients to audit existing communications, develop compelling messages, devise a strategy to deliver the messages, select the appropriate communication channels, and measure the plan’s effectiveness.

Media and stakeholder relations

Enticing the media to tell a client’s story requires expertise, persistence and ongoing relationships with reporters. We handle all aspects of media relations, including developing a targeted media list, outreach to reporters, preparing news releases and media packets, and arranging interviews and news conferences. We also help our clients reach other target audiences, such as shareholders, customers, clients, taxpayers and the community at large.
